As an example:

=NBTEXT(A1,4)

But there are a number of possible variations, including specifying currency.

I don't know the Spanish words, but a variation using English:

=NBTEXT(A1,,,"and","and","hundredth","hundredths")

One thousand two hundred thirty-four and fifty-six hundredths

Lots of flexibility.
