Invoking a SumProduct formula...

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A5:A30="JUL"),(D5:D30="HSP3")+(D5:D30="HSP1"),C5: C30)

which just needs enter.

this but my query parameters are not working. Eg:

So with this formula cells A should equal Jul and cells D
have either HSP3 or HSP1.
