Default richtextbox control can not be created
I am in Excel 2003 trying to get the rich textbox control to work
(Richtx32.ocx) with no success. I've already tried using regsvr32
Richtx32.ocx. Is there a chance it is not support in Excel 2003? Any
ideas.
