I cannot figure out a formula for this.

Drivers can work no more then 60 hours in seven days
They cannot work over 14 hours per day
There is a big day 16 hour exception rule that they can use once a
week.
If they have 34 hours off duty their time resets to 60 hours.
I need to track their hours on a weekly basis and know how much
available
time they have left for each day.

Can anyone help?
