How to switch position of columns and rows respectively?
First of all, to shift a column to the right no need to press control, shift
and +. Pressing only control and + will do the job.<<
Excuse me. How am I going to get the + sign without pressing the shift key.
Have you tested it yourself?
CTRL and + sign = CTRL|SHIFT|+
Without the shift key, you get CTRL and = which won't work.
As I said in my first post, I was trying to avoid doing copy/cut, paste etc.
Thanks for trying.

Epinn,
First of all, to shift a column to the right no need to press control, shift

Now to shift the position of column A to the right of B, select the entire B
column first, press control and X (cut €“ not copy). Next select the entire A
column and press control and +. You can use the same method to put the row
2 above the row 1.

No, I am not talking about transposing column(s) to row(s) etc.
I want to switch position of column A and column B, barring the fact that no formulae will be jeopardized.
I can use CTRL|Shift|+ to shift a column to the right. I can just click and drag a sheet tab to a new position. But I don't know how to drag column A to the right of column B or row 1 under row 2. Of course, I can insert column, copy, paste etc. But I am hoping there is something easier.
I have searched the entire shortcut key table, but didn't have much luck. So, I decided to post.
All methods welcome. Thank you.
