Put in E1:

For Descending sort:
Put in E1:
=IF(A1="","",IF(COUNTIF($A$1:A1,A1)1,"",IF(ISNUMB ER(A1+0),A1+0,CODE(LEFT(A1))*10^10-ROW())))
