Default add numbers in excel

If your list is in column A starting in cell A1, pick an empty column and
write the formula ="+27 "&A1 in a cell in the empty column which is in the
same row as the first value in the original column. Then copy the formula
down to the length of the original list. then select the new list and copy
it, go to the top of your original list and paste, select the paste options
icon (bottom right of the pasted list) and pick values and source formatting,
now delete the list with the formula.

How do I add a number such as +27 before a tel number, in a very large column
in excel. All the numbers should start with + 27.
