Default Project Management

That red triangle represents a comment - you could type in the details of
from the invoice into it, but can't (that I know of) put the actual .pdf
document into the comment.

You could set that cell up with a hyperlink to the .pdf if it is located on
a network shared drive or on an internet accessible location. Use Insert |
Hyperlink while the cell is selected. Be sure and use an address to the file
that is accessible to others - if the file is on your network you should
browse to the file using My Network Places rather than going to it through My
Computer because others using your Excel file may not have the same drive
mapping to the share drive that you do, and they probably can't see files on
your computer's My Documents area at all.

Is it possible to attach a PDF to a cell in an Excel spreadsheet? For
example the project requires equipment, I want to attach the PDF invoice to
the cell (clicking on a red triagle in upper right corner) representing the
cost of the equipment for the project.
