I have a ten page document with column headers, so I have
FilePage SetupPrint Titles Rows to repeat at top
set with the column headers, but I would like to print titles for the first
9 of 10 pages only. Right now, the 10th page gets the column headers too,
though it really doesn't need them. Is there a way of turning off, or a
better way of doing this (rather than typing the headers in for each page)?
