thanks for your reply, the problem is the recipients are different every time
from a list of recipients (about 500). if i create group i have to delete
the unwanted ids every time. that is painful.with out creating any group, a
document can be emerged (the email ids from another document will be merged
to send email) using microsoft word. if I lock and protect the document
emerge does not work. kindly suggest.
