I did this and I still get the message that it is not registered. I tried
using a newer PC that already has the mscal.ocx registered and I still get
the same message that it is not registed!!!!

Carolan, try this
Tools references, browse to windows system, files of type activeX controls
(*.ocx) pick mscal.ocx calendar
or this
Click Start then Run and type: regsvr32 c and click OK:
Windows will display a message confirming that the file has been registered
successfully:
The installation process is now complete. You will probably need to restart
the program in which you want to use the Calendar Control file before it is
recognized.

I have tried the instructions on www.rondebruin.nl/calendar.htm. However,
once I have added the Additional Controls "Calendar Control 10.0" to the
Toolbox, it shows the little icon but states it's "unknown" and when I try
to
drag it to the form box I get a message "Library not registered".
What am I doing wrong?????

I'm trying to insert a drop-down calendar in an Excel form. I created
an
expense report form, and would like a drop-down calendar to appear in
the
column for "Expense Type".
