I put this in D2 and copied down:

=IF(COUNTIF($A$1:A2,A2)<1,"",
IF(SUMPRODUCT(--($A$1:$A$100=A1),--($C$1:$C$100="y"))
=COUNTIF($A$1:$A$100,A2),"y","n"))

Adjust the ranges to match--but you can't use whole columns.

=sumproduct() likes to work with numbers. The -- stuff changes trues and falses
to 1's and 0's.
