Default want to copy entire text box and paste in new cell

Great, that worked. Now, how about copying a text box and pasting in another
cell?

I'm used to using ClarisWorks or Appleworks, but our district doesn't support
is iny longer. I'm trying to figure out how to use Excel to create my
schedule and lesson plan forms that I use regularly. I can't find easy ways
to copy and paste text boxes to other cells or move text boxes around
accurately. I know I can drag a text box, but that isn't very accurate. On
Appleworks I could use the little arrow keys and be very precise about where
the boxes sat on the chart.
