Hi,

If Birth date is in cell A1 and today() in cell B1 :

=DATEDIF(A1,B1,"Y") & " Years, " & DATEDIF(A1,B1,"YM") & " Months, " &
DATEDIF(A1,B1,"MD") & " Days"
