I'm not sure if this will work for you, but you can try this:

- Highlight & copy on the horizontal value you want to make vertical
- Now highlight the vertical area you want these value to got
- Right Click when highlighted & choose Paste Special
- Check the Transpose box at the bottom & choose OK
