Can anyone help me with this?

Every time I start Microsoft Excel on my PC, a popup box starts saying
"Starting Windows Installer". Then a short time after, another popus
box displays saying "Installing Microsoft Frontpage".

Excel does eventually start but it's really annoying as it delays
startup by ages each time.

Any help would be much appreciated.
