If A2 = 100 and B2 = 10, then

10/100 = 10% of employees trained

1-(10/100) = 90% of employees to be trained.

in Cell B2 I have the amount of employees trained.
in Cell C2 I want the percentage of employees trained. Or the percentage of
employees left to be trained.
