Thank you very much Gary's Student, that solution will make the update
easier. However I was hoping there was some way to change the 20 subordinate
worksheets without going to each one when I change the comment on the Utility
Worksheet.

Select all the cells on the Utility sheet and copy them, then go to the
subordinate sheets, select cell A1 and do a paste/special comments.

This will refresh the cells with comments and leave alone the cells that do
not have comments.
