To count the number of Mondays between 2 dates (inclusive):

A1 = start date
A2 = end date

=SUMPRODUCT(--(WEEKDAY(ROW(INDIRECT(A1&":"&A2)))=2))

2 = day of the week = Monday, whe

Sunday = 1 through Saturday = 7
