Default highlight cursor row

A spreadsheet program (not sure which) I used to use would highlight the row
that the cursor was on when working in a spreadsheet. This helped in
scanning associated data in that row. Does Excel have this capability? I'm
not talking about changing the format of a row, just having it highlighted in
the view on screen as the cursor is moved from row to row.
