As I recall, Bernard's solution was 1st & 2nd stacked and 3rd clustered.
Just delete a different column from the original, which had 1&2 stacked next
to 3 & 4 stacked.

Jon,
Thanks for the tip! Although Bernard Liengme's solution is not exactly
what
I was looking for, it gets me closer to what I am trying to achieve (i.e.,
1st bar clustered; 2nd & 3rd bars stacked on one another). With some
slight
modifications to Bernard Liengme's solution, however, I just might be able
to
achieve my objective.
Thanks again for all your help.
Regards, Bob

Bernard Liengme's page shows one example with stacked and unstacked
adjacent
columns, as opposed to multiple adjacent stacked columns.

I have 3 data series. I would like to make Series 1 a clustered column,
and
Series 2 & 3 a stacked column. Is that possible? If so, could someone
kindly tell me how to do it? Thanks in advanced for any help.
