Default excel 2000

Thank you for your help Peo. I'm trying to import msn money stock quotes onto
my work sheet. I'm using the following steps:
clicking "data" on the tool bar, then going to "get external data" then "run
saved queries" then selecting microsoft stock quotes, then entering the stock
symbols I want and pressing ok. That's when I receive the "cannot download
the information requested" message. I hope this is helps you help me. I
really appreciate it.

I think you are too frugal with information, how do you download the info?
What are you trying to do?
