Sorry.

If F2 is blank then no calculations. If F2 contains "Change or New" then
look at G2. If G2 contains "Auto CU" then look at Q2. If G2 contains
anything else, even blank, then no calculation. If Q2 contains a 1 then
150
if Q2 contains a 2 then 200.


=IF(AND(OR(F2="Change",F2="New"),G2="Auto
CU"),IF(Q2=1,150,IF(Q2=2,200,"result undefined")),"")
