Default Conditional Formatting

From the Formatconditional Formatting Dialog box. Select Formula Is in the
condition 1 and enter A10 in the adjacent box and set the format to bold.
This format can then be copied to any other cell you require it too.

Hope this helps.

is there anyway to format cells to make them change if and when another cell
changes?

if A1 is greater than 0 then make A2:A15 bold and yellow?
