=HYPERLINK("http://www.cnn.com","CNN")

Replace the CNN URL with your URL (filepath) and "CNN" with the name you
want to give the file.

See Excel's help for more info about HYPERLINK syntax.

Example: =HYPERLINK(http://www.cnn.com)
