You could add a "helper" column and enter the formula: =MOD(ROW(),2)

Drag down or AutoFill to the end of your data

Use AutoFilter to select the rows with a 1 in the helper column.

Select the visible rows, copy and paste into your new sheet.

Delete the helper column in the source and target

Done
