Hello... If I enter text into column "J", is there a formula or

conditioning
format that I can use so that when I enter text into one column (say

column
J) that this text will prompted 2 other columns to change their text

color.
So for example, let's say that I have a list of people and when they leave
the company and they are terminated, when I enter in their termination

date
(column J) then their name (column A and B) will change from black text to
red text. I am not sure if this can even be done and if so if it would be

a
formula or a conditioning format.
