Default mail merge

I have mail merged a document from excel to word and I was wondering if there
was any way to get word to automatically break the new document out into
smaller ones. It is currently 34 pages and I need to separate them into 2
pages for each separate document. Rather than cutting and pasting all day, is
there a way to get word to page break it automatically into different
documents?
