sequentially but the auto-fill down doesn't work, because
it will fill
all of the grouped cells as well. Additionally, the
grouped rows are
NOT the same size.

Ex. I want the number "1" and the number "2" to appear in
column A,
rows 1 and 5 respectively.

2-4 Grouped
5 2
5-10 Grouped
