Here's a sample which illustrates one way to set it up for a list of 12
unique items / numbers. The startpoint is simply to list the 12 items into a
column range on a sheet. Then we could generate the random shuffle of the 12
items (ie wo repeats) into various configs elsewhere as desired into
matrices/tables comprising, eg: 4Rx3C, 3Rx4C, 6Rx2C, 2Rx6C, etc
