I'm plotting logarithmic data that stays in a relatively narrow range, so I
need to set minimums and maximums on my y axis that are near each other (e.g.
10 and 20). How do I do this in Excel? Is there a chart add-in that will
make this work for me?

I've been searching for an answer for years now, so any assistance would be
greatly appreciated! :)
