Default Publishing a Table in Excel 2007 (Beta 2) to a SharePoint List

How how do I publish a table to a SharePoint list from within Excel 2007
(beta 2)? Within Excel 2003 you created a list (from the Data menu) and
could then Right-Click within the list to select "List -- Publish List...,"
allowing you to create a list within SharePoint. However, in the latest Beta
2 version, it appears they have changed the "list" functionality with a
"table." I didn't see a way from the ribbon bar to create the table, but the
Hot Key combination (Ctrl-L) seemed to work. However, once I create a table,
I am unable to find a command to publish it as a list in SharePoint.
