Default Conditional Formatting

Select cell A1 then Format | Conditional Formatting. In the dialogue
box select "Formula Is" rather than "Cell value is" then you can enter
a formula relating to cell A2, eg

A210

Click the format button and the patterns tab and choose a colour to
highlight the cell. Click OK twice.

Now the background colour of A1 will change if the contents of A2
exceed 10.

Hope this helps.

Is there a way to format a cell as a condition of an other?

Expl. Format Cell A1 if Cell A2 meets certain criteria.
