I'm not sure the text of your query is completely consistent with the
result I infer from your formula, but the following will give the step
result you are looking for I think.

=(C230)*3+(C232)*2+(C235)*5

The Excel IF statement has its uses, but for anything more than a
simple choice between two options, if the result is numerical, this
approach is easier to follow and, I suspect, executes faster.
