Default How do I set spreadsheet to "open for editing" automatically?

Chelsea --

Sorry, but don't understand. Normally a workbook opens and is open to be
edited and changed. If your workbooks open protected, and you have to go
through a password process, then I wonder if your 'Book1' has been saved with
password protection activated somehow. If that sounds like what's going on,
you might want to open it up, do nothing except check to see if there's a
password set up. If so, remove the password and do nothing else except save
it back where it was as Book1. I suspect that would fix that problem.
