Let's say your original date is in cell A1. Use this formula:

=DATE(YEAR(A1),MONTH(A1)+3,DAY(A1))

Or if you want to calculate based on the current date:

=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY())+3,DAY(TODAY()))
