I need a mortgage amortization schedule that also allows me to put in my
escrow, (i.e. taxes, insurance) for yearly tracking. I would like it to
allow me to enter the date the taxes or insurance was paid out. I know the
current template allows for extra payments but it dosen't allow for them to
be seperated and show when they were paid out.
