Default Pivot Table Field

Hi

No, the PT will not pick up the sheet name. You would need to insert a
new column, with he country name copied down for each row of data.
When the PT is used to work with data from Multiple Sheets, the results
will probably not be as you might expect.

Having added your Country column, I would be inclined to copy and Paste
all data to another sheet, with each block of data immediately below the
preceding block (with only one set of headers of course). Then apply the
PT to that set of data.

For more help on consolidating Multiple ranges take a look at Debra
Dalgleish's site.

Pivot Table newbie here......I have a workbook that has the sheets
labeled by
6 countrys so i do not have the country label within the sheet. Will
the
current sheet be part of the field list to set it up or will i have to
include a new column called country? Also, is it possible to do one
pivot
table with the fields from all sheets at one time for consolidated
results?
