Default Mail from Excel

I have Office 2003, in previous version I usually mail a section of Excel
with €ťSubject€ť, some comments in the €śIntroduction€ť to several contacts and
save the file.
Later, when I modify the Excel data and when I €śmail to€ť Excel used to
remember the €ścontacts€ť, the comments and shows a message stating: €śthis was
mailed on ___€ť.
Now with Office 2003, I need to add the contacts again, modify the Subject
and I do not have my previous comments.
Would you give some advise how to configure Excel or Outlook with this
characteristics.
