Thanks for responding. I checked the Excel Version used by my colleague, it
was 2002, but it happened on my machine too which uses 2000 so I don't think
it makes any difference. It seems to be an intermittent problem which pops
up now and again. I will try and replicate the process and see if it happens
again.

Are you sure that the original worksheet didn't have 100's of logos already
there.

You may want to post back with more details (version of excel, especially) to
see if anyone else has experienced this.
