I've installed every option on my Office 2003 standard CD, loaded the
Office2003 Converter Pack (oconvpck.exe from Article ID : 212265 ) and
updated to the latest Office 2003 service pack. Still can't open Quattro Pro
7.0 .wb3 worksheets in Excel 2003. Where's the missing converter?
