I am trying to use Microsoft Excel Professional 2003 and it is not permitting
me to save or open or use any function. Not even the help button is
available. It will allow me to open files for viewing but when I try to save
them I can only save as a webfile. Any Ideas as to why this is happening and
how I can resolve this issue.
