The above just means an extra window(s) was opened
for the same workbook (via Window New Window)

Try the steps below to restore things to "normal"

Click Window Arrange Tiled OK
Now click the "x" button in the top right corner of one window to close it
(if more than one window, just "x" until you are left with only one)
Then click the "maximise" button to the left of the "x" to
maximise this last one.
Save the file.
