I have the following formula in colmun Q
=IF(ISNA(Q12(T8,CPT!$B$64:$B$89,FALSE)),"",VLOOKUP (T8,CPT!$B$64:$D$89,3,FALSE))

I also want to add the condition that if in column I the age is less than 50
then return a value of blank.

Please help-
