Now *someone* in 2003 has decided I need a popup menu of

Copy Cells
Fill Series
...etc

I probably wouldnt be so ****ed but for two reasons

1) I cant find the frackin option to turn it off
2) The damn popup is so frackin close to my highlighted cells I can
hardly help clicking on it when I go for my next drag.
