Default Print headings/labels on every page

Mr. Dibben, thanks for your reply. I tried to make sure that the columns were
contiguous with each other and the row. It didn't work so I must still have
it set up wrong. Would you mind if I sent you an example of what I am working
with so that you can see what I have wrong? I don't want to just post it.
