When selecting formula =proper(cell) for a list of text the results return
the first line only and the following lines have the same result as the first
line.

For example:
HONG KONG =proper(cell 1) results: Hong Kong
CHINA =proper(cell 2) results: Hong Kong
INDIA =proper(cell 3) results: Hong Kong
EUROPE =proper(cell 4) results: Hong Kong
