Try out the following:
In Excel menu-
----Tools - Options - Spelling
-----Click on 'Auto Correct Options...' button
------Input the name (John Smith) in the text box labelled 'Replace:' and
input the email id ) in the text box labelled 'With:'.
------Click on Add and click OK and close the window.
Now, whenever you type John Smith and press the enter key, it will change to
the email id.
Note: Instead of putting the entrire name, you can use short names, what
ever you like. For ex: for John Smith you input
JS in the 'Replace:' text box
mentioned above, so that when ever you type
JS it gets converted to the email
id.
Hope this will help you.

Here's what I want to do:
Everytime I input a name, it represents the email address and automatically
becomes a hyperlink. For example:
John Smith will automatically become a hyperlink to . Is
there some way that I can set John Smith = or something like
that?
Thanks,
Scott
