Default Help! Reports

Hi
I have some data which I want to sort and group together. I figured out
that using pivot table would give me a nice format and save me the
trouble of updating even though I don't need the summarise function of
pivot tables.

I managed to create a pivot table with 7 fields and I actually hid the
'Total' column as it's useless to me. The problem comes in when I want
to increase the range of the data. I got the error message below:

"Microsoft Excel cannot make this change because there are too many row
or column items. Drag at least one row or column field off the pivot
table or to the page position."

Currently, I only using 150 rows and 11 columns.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
