what formula can i use to choose names from the list then put in
different group?

example:

a1 - a130 130 names
b1 - b30 group 1
c1 - c30 group 2
d1 - d30 group 3
e1 - e30 group 4
f1 - f30 group 5

i want random pick name from a1-a130, put the first 30 picks in group
1, then next 30 in group 2 until all name been picked.
